Cancellation 24+ Hours*

Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup are free of charge. Additionally, weather-related cancellations and other extenuating circumstances may be eligible for cancellation without billing, subject to approval.

Day Downtime

Applicable to breakdowns or over stays that hold the pilot car in service but not working

A per day minimum (not to exceed 8hrs). Extra charge may apply to cover time/mileage and hotel on loads that exceed 8 hrs. to complete and return home.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations must be made more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time to avoid cancellation fees. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled pickup will be subject to a cancellation fee, unless there are extenuating circumstances such as weather-related conditions or other unforeseen situations that may be given consideration.

Extenuating Circumstances: Weather-related cancellations and other extenuating circumstances may be eligible for cancellation without billing, subject to approval.

Payment Terms

Payment is due upon submission of invoices. Invoices will be considered past due after the first 30 days from the date of the invoice. 10% interest will be charged every 30 days, on past due invoices.
